I needed to make some more income because my money was funny at the end of the month.
I have been an Uber Driver since 2017 and this is what I found out about Uber Driver,
- Easy to Do
- No overhead
- No real equipment to buy
- I am the boss man
1. Easy to do:
If you drive to and from work, to the store, to pick up or drop off children, adults, the football team then you know the job description but this time your getting paid for your time and mileage.
2. No overhead:
Depending on your vehicle and level of safety, no overhead. Your already paying the insurance, payment, tires, etc. Your cost will be low. And if your game some make it a full time income and start a business to claim tax benefits of a growing business. Consult your tax advisor. I am not a financial advisor for you.
3. No real equipment to buy
All you need is a smart cell phone Apple/ Android and a cell phone plan and that go for it. I do know that in the past if you did a number of rides you could get a corporate discount. So, free money too.
4. You are the boss. Hey, You decide when you are done. This is your own business and you can schedule your drive time you like. I drive on the weekend during the early morning to avoid traffic headaches.

Back in 2017 they had a 10 minute video and that was it. The training now is designed to help you and your customer to enjoy the ride. They will help you with supports to help you become a better driver. A better driver is better customer service

Because of the virus, they have a cleaning program that you can have your vehicle cleaned at a discount rate.
3. Driver support 24/7 for help with fair, location, accidents, ect. They have been very helpful for me
