Best tool to control Diabetes
Diabetes is a devastated disease that affect the whole body. The body just falls apart because of diabetes that side effects.
Diabetes is a condition where there is too much glucose in the blood because the body cannot use it properly. This happens because the pancreas does not produce any insulin, or not enough, or the insulin it does produce is unable to work properly. This is a problem because insulin is the key that unlocks the door to the body’s cells so glucose can enter them. So with diabetes, the body is unable to use glucose as fuel and instead glucose builds up in the blood
There are two main types of diabetes Type 1 and Type 2. They are different conditions, with different causes. The treatments can be different too. Both types are serious, lifelong conditions that can lead to devastating complications if they are not managed well. But with the right treatment and support, people with diabetes can reduce their risk of developing complications
Type 2 diabetes
People with Type 2 diabetes don’t produce enough insulin or the insulin they produce doesn’t work properly. About 90 per cent of people diagnosed with diabetes have Type 2. They might get Type 2 diabetes because their family history, age or ethnic background puts them at increased risk. They are also more likely to get Type 2 diabetes if they are overweight. It starts gradually, usually later in life, and it can be years before people realise they have it. There are other forms of diabetes, such as MODY (Maturity onset diabetes of the young), but these are much rarer than Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. So far, there is no cure for diabetes
The scale of diabetes
• There are around 3.8 million people in the UK with diabetes1.
• Of these, 3.2 million have been diagnosed with either Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes. The rest have Type 2 diabetes but don’t know they have it because they haven’t been diagnosed.
• Over one in 20 people in the UK has diabetes
2. The human costs
1 • Each year in the UK, 24,000 people with diabetes die early
3. • Diabetes is the leading cause of blindness in people of working age in the UK
4 • Over 100 amputations are carried out every week on people with diabetes because of complications connected with their condition. Up to 80 per cent of these are preventable.
Glucose Control
The key to diabetes is to control your glucose. The doctor will do simple blood test to find out what you A1C is. This is a marker that traces the amount of glucose you have in your blood over the past three months. So what you eat three months ago will show up in your blood work to let the doctor know over the past three months how well you have been controlling your blood sugar.
Normal is an A1C value of 5.5 or less. However, the higher the worse your condition for diabetes. If it's over 6.6, it is time to act and to develop a plan to keep your A1C and blood sugars low to prevent progression of the disease
The doctor may give you medications along with diet and exercise. This is depending on high high the A1C is. This could be the determining factor on weigher or not you are going to be on insulin.
Tool to Control Diabetes
Diet and exercise are my favorite go to for telling patients about diabetes and does help to reverse out of control glucose reading. In addition to diet and exercise I have found other supplements to help with glucose control
Altai Balance
This is a dietary supplement that has been associated with helping to control blood sugar to help decrease the A1C. I reviewed the evidence and YouTube videos about the product and I think this product would help with control.
Altai Balance has been researched by the American Diabetic Association and The National Center of Biotechnology Information (NCIB) at NIH.
I have a link to help you with more information.
