  As an Uber Driver, my most pressing problem was with the cell phone because it how you run your business. You communicate with the customer and also with Uber. This can be a source of problems. I will give you the top three cell phone problems and how I over came them. They were frustrating at times.  1. Cell phone loss connectivity. I could not get a signal to start my day. If you can locate a local cell tower such as near a shopping center or office building. The signal may be stronger in these locations. This is where you would be able to get connecte. However, be aware of the time of day such as rush hour where connections would be a problem because of network availability.  2. Cell phone GPS loss connectivity. Cannot connect with google maps.  This can be caused by cloudy weather in your area preventing satellite communication with the app and your phone.
